Review: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this team highly enough! From the very beginning, their communication was flawless, making the entire planning process stress-free. They made it so easy to browse through samples and photos to help me narrow down my vision. The highlight of the experience was a month before the big day when they brought full-size mock-ups of my bridal bouquet and centerpieces directly to my home. Being able to work side-by-side with them to tweak the details ensured my dream design truly came to life. Because it was a Valentine’s Day wedding, I had high expectations, but they completely exceeded them. They surprised me with even more beauty than I had imagined and truly understood the "vibe" I was going for. I honestly could not have pulled off this event without them. If you want a florist who is professional, talented, and deeply personal, look no further!

My experience with Pacific Floral and Cathy in Pasadena could not have been any better. The service they provided was remarkable , and at one of their very busiest times of the year. The flowers were exceptionally beautiful. I cannot thank them enough. I ordered flowers from Ontario , Canada. I highly recommend this business.

Cathy and Andres did all the flowers at my daughter’s wedding and OH MY GOODNESS!!!! The flowers were stunning! The attention to detail was just incredible. They went above and beyond and it was the most beautiful wedding ever! They are the most personable, kind people you will ever meet! If you flowers for any occasion, order from them! You will not be disappointed!! Some of the flowers were specifically requested to honor those in our family in heaven, they represented them beautifully, so blessed! Thank you Cathy and Andres! You’re the best!

Cathy Joy and her family are the absolute best ! It’s not just the gorgeous arrangements she sources amazing flowers and creates but…. The sincere love and care she puts into each and every masterpiece Delivery always on time, Exact if not very similar to what the customer requests using seasonal flowers and greenery, Competitive pricing, and delivery with a smile! I am still blown away! Cathy and her husband Andres saw my ideas and ran with them! My reception was in October, in Pasadena CA, and i live in Colorado - so that already did not allow me to see the mock in person, but they had no problem setting up Zoom Meetings and communication via email and phone. Communication on everything was amazing. Also, walking into the reception and seeing the large arrangements and centerpieces I was overjoyed! They looked better than had imagined and matched everything perfectly. PLUS Cathy put the flowers on the cake, and the were stunning. The next time I am back in CA, I almost want them to just make me an arrangement to display at my parents home because they did such a great job, and their arrangement made me so happy. Thank you again!!
